This was our first time staying at the Polynesian and we cannot tell you how much we loved our stay. We were actually celebrating out 30th wedding anniversary. The staff (especially Arial) made our stay magical. They put real flower leis, and a picture of Mickey in our room for us. The staff was very pleasant and could not do enough for you. This was one of the best vacations we have taken!
