We remembered how great Vita Lounge was 5 years ago during our last trip to South Beach and wanted to go there again.
We stayed at the Hilton Bentley and had the concierge make a reservation for us. Last Sunday eve, we strolled in and noticed that we were the only ones there. The outside lounge was closed from rain earlier in the day so we sat in the restaurant. No sooner did we start with our appetizers, but one..two..three cock roaches start running on the floor. The last roach started running up my chair!! How horrible and dirty!!! I screamed and we ran out of the restaurant and vowed never go there again and told the Hilton the same.
Pay for an exterminator so your clients don’t see roaches crawling on the floor. They crunch when the waiters try to step on them!!
Horrible experience…
