I went to the Sound Advice Amphitheatre in August 2007 for Projekt Revolution which was the best concert ever, but when we first got to Sound Advice I had lost my ticket so I went to customer service to see if they could help me. They didn’t so I went to the ticket booth to see what they could do about it because I could have proved that the ticket was mine. I stood in line for about 10 minutes and when it was finally my turn, this lady who was eating and attending me at the same time started telling me off. I’m 15 and it was my first rock concert so I guess the excitement got to me and I left my ticket in the bathroom. I was freaking out and I wanted help not a lecture. This lady kept telling me that I was irresponsible and how she couldn’t help me and that it was all my fault. Thank God I found my ticket later on, it was a miracle. If anyone that works at Sound Advice reads this, please talk to your employees because, if I’d have known the ladies name, I would’ve gotten her fired.
Sound Advice Amphitheatre is located at 601-7 Sansbury's Way, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.
