Nobu: Nobu is a Rip-Off

Nobu Miami is a rip-off joint. After an over-priced and poorly-prepared dinner (far too salty), and mediocre service, the waiter brought a check with an 18% tip already added. We were a party of four; adding the tip is customary for a large group, but not a party of four. Nothing was said to me about this - the tipping policy was buried in the fine print. I added my usual tip, the result being a 42% gratuity for a substandard dining experience.
Nobu is located at 1901 Collins Ave.
