Nobu: Nobu’s host keeps time  

My husband and I decided to go to Nobu for dinner with two couples, one of which was his business associate. We got to Nobu several minutes late and the host, which we ended up calling a Nazi, told me that we had only until 9:45pm since we got there late.  In other words, if we were not finished by 9:45pm, we had to leave.  We spent over $700.00 of food and drinks which left half the people hungry because the portions were so small. Some of the food was good but nothing to brag about.  I will NEVER go there again because the Nazi host kept walking around writing information on each table every 15 minutes as if he was taking everybody’s time (not a classy place and very embarrassing for us). I believe that, in every restaurant, the guests should be treated with respect and I felt that they just wanted us to eat and get out. Last time for Nobu, they just lost some good customers.
