Staff was not friendly,especially the front desk clerk. Housekeeping isn’t good either,we had to hound the staff to provide us with towels, we were told that housekeeping was in the process of washing the towels. The towels were dingy when we received them. The hotel does not have an elevator,the hotel staff does not assist guest with carrying luggage up and down the stairs. This hotel is not a good pick if you are looking for a comfortable clean place to stay while vacationing in South Beach.
Beachcomber South Beach is located at 1340 Collins Ave., Miami Beach.
