Doraku: Ok service & vibe but overrated food

The restaurant has very nice decor and a good location but, for me, the most important aspect of dining is the food. Everything else is secondary.
The portions were very small, the sushi was average, but the prices were pretty high. The service was decent as well but didn’t make up for the mediocre food.
