Smith and Wollensky: Orange Bowl and KU won but dining experience was horrible

My son and I went to Miami to attend the 2007 Orange Bowl…GO Jayhawks. We arrived a day early to have dinner at one of the 10 best steak houses in Miami. What a disappointment. My son had to send his Ribeye back three times until it was cooked medium rare. As for myself, even worse. I ate a good portion of my ribeye when the last portion tasted tainted and not edible. The service was only fair and I have no idea why it was so poor. We shall not go back to a Smith & Wollensky.
