Anthropologie: Overpriced and false advertising

Although overpriced for the quality of the products, I was lured into buying some products due to a ‘free gift wrapping’ when shopping online. When I received the items, it was such a disappointment! Gift wrapping could not be worse if I let my five year old niece do it. They have really bad attitude when you contact customer service too. I wish I could attach a photo here. It is laughing matter, although I was quite upset at the time.
