Baleen: Overpriced and Overrated

My boyfriend took me for my birthday meal anticipating that it would be a great experience. Well, quite the contrary. The service was awful, the food took a very long time and was nothing special. The glass of wine I ordered with my dinner never came and we weren’t even checked on yet we were charged for it! The only parking option is valet and is $10, despite the hundreds you spend on dinner! The only good thing was the view and if you want that just save the rotten experience and your money and go to the beach.

Baleen - Not worth it! says:

I have to agree with the review on Baleen. Went there with friends in August 07 for my b-day. The service was slow, the food nothing worthwhile commenting on, and we even had to ask for more water several times. The view is not even that impressive since you are looking at Mercy Hospital, pretty much.
