DeVito's: Overpriced with a nasty manager  

DeVito’s has to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I booked a table to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. I wanted the evening to be special, and I had read about DeVito’s. It was anything but! In fact I would way it was the most unpleasant dining experience I’ve ever had.

Our bill came to $290 for two of us, yet we only had an entree and desert and a bottle of wine which was the cheapest on the menu. So how they racked up a charge of $290 I do not know.

The food was nothing special, in fact it was bland, I’ve eaten better at my local Pizza Hut.

Worst of all was the nasty attitude of the manager Paolo who seriously has the worst attitude you’ll ever be unfortunate enough to encounter. This guy needs to attend anger management classes.

Mr DeVito, if you happen to be reading this, fire this guy if only to save the reputation of your restaurant, because Paolo is not doing your business any good. I’ve read thru the reviews and Paolo’s name has cropped up again and again, harassing and arguing with diners who dare to question or challenge him.

Whatever happened to good old fashioned Italian hospitality? Mr. DeVito it seems you need to sort out your staff problems who are seriously damaging the reputaiton of your South Beach investment.
