South Beach Divers: Poor service  

When me and my friends arrived to the shop, there was a storm coming, and they told us they’d verify if it’s safe for us to go.

Then they took us to another shop that’s owned by someone else, which I don’t really understand. When we were out there, not a single person could snorkel because the waves were so big, we ended up staying on the boat sitting there for hours waiting for the divers to finish their diving.

Then when we finally went back to the shop they quickly told us that they were sorry about it and were going to refund half of our money right away.  Waited a week, no refund, two weeks no refund. After I don’t know how many months and three emails, they finally refunded our money.

That’s my experience, if you are going with them, I hope your experience will be better than mine.
