Fratelli La Bufala : Pricey pizza  

The $37.50 was probably including tax and tips and perhaps you shoud know that the mozzarella they use in their Caperse Salad is the only “real” buffalo mozzarella which they import directly from the factory in Italy twice a week. You cannot find anything like this in the whole US. I am Neapolitan and I know what I am talking about. Regarding the pizza, it’s the only authentic Neapolitan pizza in America. The crust is exactly like the one they make in the pizzerias in Napoli and the ingredients are incredible. I am writing this response because I am Italian from Napoli and I am very happy that they finally opened a restaurant where the cuisine is totally authentic and I feel like being at home. Dear Nickey, you should probably stick with Pizza Hut or one of the many “fake” Italian restaurants on the beach where they surely rip you off offering food which has got nothing to do with Italy.

I Am the Manager of Fratelli La Bufala Miami.
I am really sorry that you didn`t enjoy your dinner.
The most expensive pizza is La Reale (18.00 $). The price is higher than any other pizza because of the fresh imported Bufalo Mozzarella Cheese that we Import from Naples twice a week. The cheese is add before the prep. and after.

This guy Larry is full of shit. I had a reale pizza and it definitely didn’t have Buffalo mozzarella on it. I know buffalo mozzarella when I eat it and that was fior di latte. Even though on the menu it says that buffalo mozzarella is on all the pizzas. What a load of crap!

LA REALE IS MADE WITH SMOKED MOZZARELLA, RICOTTA AND BUFALO MOZZARELLA. MAYBE THAT`S THE REASON YOU COULDN`T TASTE THE MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA.
I AM SORRY WHAT WE USE AT FRATELLI LA BUFALA ALL OVER THE WORLD IS ONLY CHEESE IMPORTED TWICE A WEEK FROM NAPLES.
FEEL FREE TO COME AT THE RESTAURANT TO TASTE OUR CHEESE.
P.S.
THE CHEESE IS ALSO ORGANIC (WE DO NOT PROMOTE IT BECAUSE IS TOO HARD TO HAVE THE ORGANIC CERTIFICATION HERE IN USA).

Hi Everybody;
We went to FRatelli la Bufala last week and we noticed the way that they served Italian is completely different one tall guy arrived with champagne to the table next to us and he said welcome in italian, and when our server came to the table,this guy (no italian)(colombian) and with attitude he explain us
We received our regular costumer with a free prosecco!!!! and he smiled!!!
We decided never go back!!!
I’m not recomend this pizza place !!!
