I wasn’t sure about this location when I did my research…well, great location but the service blows! This is a boutique hotel but that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice service. You have to hound the front desk for everything, maids take a while to get to your room, “beach towels” are smaller than average bath towels (and old), only one waiter at their “restaurant”, no cable television (only 10 channels), no in-room movies, no parking garage within 5 city blocks! And the list goes on. But nice area, nice beach, nice location….stay at Loew’s, not here!
