Pelican Cafe: Rude scammers and bad food too

Do not get scammed by these non-Americans! Their lunch menu is supposed to be half-price but they will rip you off if you are not careful. We were lied to & ripped off, then treated very rude by the management. Bottom line: they suck and the food sucks!
