South Seas Hotel: Rude staff Horrible housekeeping

An awful experience, beginning to end. No help from bellhop upon arrival, if there was one. Very small rooms. There was a 3” inch long cockroach in our bathroom. Very poor job of cleaning. Cursory job at best. Dirty. Yuck! One bar of bath soap in 3 nights for 3 people. All standard rooms come with a view of the trash in the alley, mostly black garbage bags and old appliances. Rude, rude, rude staff. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
