I went to Jerry’s famous deli in South beach right before thanksgiving, and as good as the food was, our waitress (whom was a larger, dark-skinned girl) walked into the kitchen and practically yelled out loud about what “b*tches” we were. Me and my Boyfriend were so embarrassed we didn’t say another word to her. We ate our food and left. It was a horrible experience!

Poor customer service is one of my pet peeves—especially since I’ve worked in it myself and understand the importance of being respectful to customers. You might want to try the 11th Street Diner—you won’t find the variety of choices you’ll get at Jerry’s, but the prices, the food and the customer service are all top notch. It’s become our restaurant of choice for holiday dinners!
