Marlin Hotel: Steer clear of this hotel

Besides the fantastic location, I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk staff (although there isn’t really a front desk, but a closet in the front lobby) was incompetent and handled matters unprofessionally. I am currently dealing with them to sort out erroneous charges on my credit card. We did not receive the room that we confirmed. The cleanliness was about a 4.5 out of 10. Some bath towels received had large rips and holes in them. There is NO pool available for use. OVERALL RATING—2 STARS
