Winterhaven: Winterhaven Under Construction

We reserved in March 2006 for Dec 2006. When we arrived the hotel was under MAJOR construction. This was surpising considering the ad reads completely renovated in 2000. We have asked for a full reimbursement. Construction started at 9am. You couldn’t stay in the room. It was horrible. Someone should have contacted us and informed us of all of the construction. I just hope the hotel makes this right and reimburses us.
