I recently spent a night at the President Hotel and it was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It certainly wasn’t worth $110. The room smelled like it had flooded and left to be air dried. The bedding was musty and the view of the empty parking lot outside my hotel room wasn’t exactly what I expected. The staff had a hard time understanding guest complaints. There wasn’t even a tube of tootpaste in the bathroom and when I asked to borrow an iron I was given a contraption that looked like a fire hazard ready to happen. I was extremely dissapointed and there was no form of customer services. I actually had to check out via phone b/c th efront desk was closed at 9 am. What kind of hotel operates in this way?
