Carrs Barber Shop tends to recive high marks for its interesting and comfortable enviornment. However, the haircut itself is poor quality. I’d prefer a solid haircut without a drink than a poor haircut with a glass of vodka (the haircut lasts longer).
Carr's Barber Shop is located at 1322 Alton Rd., Miami Beach.
