University of Miami, Biltmore Hotel, Venetian Pool, Miracle
Miami, Calle Ocho, Old Cutler Road, and the secret spot
where Michael Jackson filmed his "Thriller" music
video, plus hundreds of other interesting landmarks, famous
movie locations and weird stories not seen with other tour

Following the City Tour, you'll
visit the Florida Everglades.
At Gator Park, you'll see all kinds of wildlife - such as
alligators, turtles, snakes, fish and exotic birds - as
you take a 40-minute airboat ride deep into the Everglades
National Park. All tours are narrated by professional guides
so you'll have the opportunity to learn about the unique
wetlands and its native inhabitants.

I reserve your tour with my hotel concierge? Most likely, no. Space is limited,
therefore, we can only allow a select group of hotels to
offer our tours to their guests.
Will
you pick me up from my hotel? Yes. Free pick up service is available
from hotels in South Beach, Miami Beach, and Downtown Miami.
Where
can I park my car? Covered
parking is available at Bayside Marketplace, located
at 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. Bayside offers an
early bird parking special if you arrive by 10am - you can
park until 6pm for $5.Credit
cards are accepted.
How
will I recognize the bus?
The bus is easy to recognize; it's orange and white and
says "Miami Tour Company" and "Miami Beach
411" on the side.
Are there video screens
onboard?
Yes. We installed a foward-facing video camera, with a wide
angle lense on top of the bus. This means, when you’re
driving down the road, you can see a full panoramic view
of what’s coming up ahead. Check out the video.
Can I take pictures? Yes! Photography is encouraged. See

Watch this video of the tour, driving by Michael Jackson's
"Thriller" cemetery in Coconut Grove. The video
was filmed the day after Michale Jackson passed away,
and a TV news crew just happend to be filming, as we drove
by.
Do we see the Art Deco District? You bet! We spend about 30
minutes driving around the area. Watch this video of the
bus, cruising down Ocean Drive.
Does the bus stop during
the tour?
Yes, the bus stops 5 times (approximately every 45 minutes).
The first stop is in Coconut Grove where you can grab
a bite to eat. At each stop, there is plenty of time to
take pictures and stretch your legs. Your free tour map
has information about each stop.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes, for parties of 8 persons or more. Click
here for Group Tours. What languages do you offer? The Miami City Tour is narrated
in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.
How does the tour work? The English tour is broadcast
through the sound system inside the bus. Customers who
wish to hear the tour in another language wear a small
wireless receiver and headset. We are the only tour company
in Florida to offer this type of exceptional technology,
the system also promotes safer driving.
What type of clothing should
I wear? We recommend that you wear
comfortable shoes, and bring along sunglasses, sunscreen.
It's also a good idea to bring a long sleeved shirt. The
air conditioning on the bus can get cold.
Note: special consideration should be taken in regards
to sun protection. You are exposed to direct sunlight
on the airboat for 45 minutes.
Should I bring an umbrella? Miami, Florida is the 8th rainiest
city in the U.S. Having an umbrella on hand is always
recommended, especially during the rainy season (July,
August, September).
How big is the airboat?
The airboat seats 20 people.

drive to the Everglades?
The drive takes approx. 50-minutes from Miami Beach. You
will also see how to wrestle a large alligator at the
exciting Wildlife Show. And if you are brave enough, you
can even hold a baby gator in your arms!See
