How to Order
You can browse our selection of books, DVDs, and other travel accessories by visiting our Travel Store. Click a product for more information. If you would like to order it, click the “Add to Cart” button. For some items, such as travel bags, you must choose a color before clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You can also adjust the quantity of each item you would like to order before proceeding to checkout.
When you’re finished shopping, simply proceed to the checkout. The instructions will walk you through each step to enter your shipping and credit card information. Sorry, we do not take orders by telephone.
Have a look around at the products we offer. If you’d like to make a purchase, just add it to your Cart. When you are ready to check out, please click the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom on the page. You will be taken to the Amazon.com cart page to securely complete your transaction.
Fulfillment By Amazon
Items “Fulfilled by Amazon” are shipped from an Amazon Fulfillment Center to you. All of Amazon’s standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items, including FREE Super Saver Shipping on qualifying orders over $25.
“Fulfilled by Amazon” items are sent to you via one of their carriers (US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc.) at whatever delivery speed you choose (standard shipping, 2-day shipping, etc).
After you place an order, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the “Track packages” link in Your Account.
Amazon also handles all customer service and product returns for “Fulfilled by Amazon” items. If you need assistance with anything, please click the words “Contact us” at the bottom of any page of our website.
Placing an Order
Placing an order with Miami Beach411/Amazon.com is easy. If you’re already a member of Amazon, there is no need to create an account.
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

- Proceed to Checkout
- Enter a Shipping Address
- Choose a Shipping Method
- Provide Payment Information and a Password
- Review and Submit Your Order

Order Payment Information
Amazon.com accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, payment from your bank account, Amazon.com gift cards, Amazon.com Gift Card claim codes*, Amazon Store Card, and Webcertificates. (We cannot accept orders by phone, or email. All orders must be placed online.)
Shipping and Delivery Information
The easiest way to see exact shipping charges for an order is to put items in your cart, proceed to checkout, and view the order summary. You’ll be able to adjust shipping options and see exact shipping charges. You can always cancel or return to your shopping without actually placing the order
Return Policy
Customer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant or Amazon error.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
