I was married May 21, 2005 at the Ft. Lauderdale Marina Marriott.
We had an Ana Paz Cake. They were one, if not our easiest, most professional
vendors at the Wedding. My husband and I went for a tasting, where
they patiently brought us through the choices, and they even made
us a carrot cake on request. We told Ana Paz what we wanted and she
sketched us a cake right there that was perfect. She was flexible,
thoughtful, and creative. We could not have been happier. Our cake
looked better than any cake I have ever seen at a Wedding. It was
perfect! The company was ontime, had everything set up, and provided
us a box so we could take the top layer home- which my wedding planner
and I had forgotten about. We would recommend this company to anyone!
