L'Entrecote de Paris
"The Best"
Date: December 2, 2005
Reviewer: Miami Beach 411 User, Miami, FL
I don't know what that moron is talking about. If you like steak and
french fries, you would love it. But remember, they are FRENCH so
don't expect good service and if they don't, take the tip off.
L'Entrecote de Paris "NOT worth it"
Date: May 30, 2004
Reviewer: Miami Beach 411 User, Hollywood
The service was abysmal, and they have the nerve to tack on an automatic
17% gratuity. We had the same inability to get a water glass refilled,
and with the exception of a large party drinking martinis, there was
only one other couple in there dining, so it wasn't as if they were
busy. We asked for steak sauce and were brought mayonnaise. We ordered
from the Miami Restaurant Month menu (3 courses for $30.05). Not worth
it at half the price. The menu offers two different salads, a spring
mix and a goat cheese salad. We ordered both and they were identical,
except the goat cheese salad had one small piece of toast with what
seemed to be boursin spread. The steaks were tough, and the music
was way too loud. We were a party of four, and for each course the
waiter brought out three of the dishes, and then we waited at least
5 minutes for the fourth person's food to arrive. The desserts were
tasty, but the whole experience was an ordeal.
