Carnival Liberty is a Conquest-class ship entering
service in July 2006. Liberty's 13 passenger decks house
22 bars and lounges, a 15,000-square-foot health club, Internet
cafe, four swimming pools and three restaurants, including an
upscale "steakhouse-style" supper club, an expanded
food service area on the Lido deck. There are numerous "family-friendly"
amenities, including a 3,300 sq ft. play area and family recreation
area featuring a teen club and video game room.
All staterooms have an amenities basket and hair dryer, while
oceanview staterooms and suites include a mini bar and bathrobes.
Cabins
Carnival staterooms are 50% larger than those of any
other cruise line. All staterooms have carpeting, ample drawer
and closet space, private facilities (shower, basin and toilet),
telephone and color television showing first-run films.
Dining
Carnival’s Total Choice Dining
offers a variety of indoor/outdoor settings, flexible hours,
and the choice of casual or formal settings. First-class dining
will be experienced in the Golden and Silver Olympian
Restaurants. The meals will include aged New York steaks,
fresh seafood, low-fat Spa Carnival entrees and superb wines.
For a more relaxed atmosphere with a spectacular view, sample
the cuisine and the scenery at Emile's. Dine
indoors or outdoors, on favorites such as: salads, pasta, chicken,
shrimp and savory steaks. The food is delicious and the view
is amazing.
Entertainment
Las Vegas-style shows, exciting nightclubs and live entertainment
are just a few reasons Carnival's ships are known as the "Fun
Ships". You're sure to find the perfect watering hole at
The Stage or Glove's Bar.
Experience the music, dancing, lights and costumes that make
the stage shows spectacular. Every effort has been made, and
no expense has been spared, to ensure every night feels like
opening night in the Venetian Palace.
Fitness & Recreation
Stay in shape while at sea
with the help of Spa Carnival. The state-of-the-art
exercise equipment, jogging track, and aerobics classes are
complimented by a staff of knowledgeable fitness experts.
The Czar's Palace features all the popular
games you would see at any fine casino.
Public Areas
“Carnival’s
Seaside Theatre” – which will include a
12-foot-high by 22-foot-wide LED (light-emitting diode) screen
– will be located poolside on Carnival Liberty’s
Lido deck and show movies, sporting events,
concerts, and various other programming, including the ship’s
own “Morning Show” hosted by the
cruise director. The poolside screen will take center stage
during the evenings when feature films, concerts and other programming
are showcased, while guests relax in oversized lounge chairs
and enjoy drink specials, complimentary popcorn, and other typical
movie-time fare. Kids’ favorite movies and cartoons will
also be featured while Play Station 2 units
will be connected to the system to provide a “larger than
life” video game experience.
