Sushi Samba "Bad experience"

I love sushi and I am Brazilian but I HATED the Sushi Samba. Terrible
service, food that I wasn't impressed at all, no samba or at least
I didn't heard, music too loud and super expensive for what they offer.

The service was great and the food was good. I wish they have one
here in San Francisco. =( Oh and also the drinks were soooo good.
I usually don't like mix cocktails but the waitress insisted that
I do try and it was good. It wasn't too strong but just right and
perfect for the hot weather. My next trip out there I will definitely
come back.
Sushi Samba "The best on South Beach"

As a Miami native I can tell you that Sushi Samba is hands down one
of the best restaurants on South Beach. They have an eclectic menu
that boasts of Peruvian, Brazilian, and Japanese cuisine. The sushi
and ceviche's are extremely fresh and always paired with the perfect
sauces and flavorings. For those of you who don't like the idea of
raw food, the hot cuisine is in my opinion even better. I was there
a week ago (my tenth visit) and had short ribs "a la brasilera"
they were so tender that I ate them with my chopsticks, the meat just
melted in your mouth. The place is also beautiful, very trendy, chic
ambiance. I highly recommend it to anyone, you won't be dissapointed.
Sushi Samba "It was awful!"
Date: April 17, 2005
Reviewer: Miami Beach 411 User, Miami, FL
It was awful! My food never came out and I asked four times for it!
We waited an hour and a half to get the edamame..hello! It doesn't
take that long to steam some beans! Just an all around awful experience.
The waiter was ignorant. The first sign was when he brought the wrong
beer out but then we ignored that one. Shouldn't have. He got our
roll wrong twice! Then tried to charge us for his mistake! That's
like a $17 mistake on his behalf! Will never go back there again.
Just awful. I don't know what the big hype is. Horrible place and
the food wasn't impressive.
