do I book a table online?
Simple. Just fill out and submit the eform
for the restaurant that you would like to make a reservation at. You
will receive an email from us shortly after.
How
soon in advance should I make the reservation?
As early as possible. Most restaurants fill up fast. At the
latest, 24 hours in advance. After that, please call the restaurant
directly.
How
do I change or cancel a reservation?
In your confirmation, there will be instructions
to call the restaurant or contact MiamiBeach411.
Please note: changes and cancellations are welcome, but NO
SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED. We put this reservations system online
in good faith, please use it in good faith. If you make a reservations
and don't show up, we enforce a "One Strike and You're Out"
Policy.
What
type of customer service is offered?
Our travel specialist is available
24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including holidays)
to answer all of your questions. Our average
response time is 36 minutes!
How do I add a special request or note to my reservation?
There is a place for special requests on the reservation
form.

about out-of-town and international guests?
We
understand it can be difficult and inconvenient for out of town guests
to secure a reservation over the phone; no one likes long distance
charges, busy signals and being placed on hold. Now, with the click
of a mouse, our reservation system simplifies the process by putting
you in communication.
